- Prices are per day per person for a minimum stay of 3 nights
- Meals not consumed will not be deducted but if requested replaced by travel basket
- The room is available to guests from 12:00 on the day of arrival to 10:00 on the day of departure.
- Excluded: Tourist tax of € 2 per person per day, for the first 7 days. Children up to 14 years of age are exempt.
- Early departure: in case of early departure, as per the regulations currently in force, payment will be required for up to 3 subsequent nights.

B&B includes:
Rooms with private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, air conditioning, fan, TV and safe, free Wi-Fi, sweet and savory buffet breakfast.
Half board and full board + drinks (water, wine and drinks with meals) include:
Breakfast, lunch and/or dinner with 2 choice menus of meat and fish with the possibility of variations, an entrée and buffet of appetizers, drinks with meals (water, local wine and soft drinks).
All Inclusive includes:
Beach service (1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds per room, starting from the 4th row) at Lido delle Sirene, as well as all full board services + drinks.
Cancellation Policy
- In case of cancellation within 21 days prior to the arrival date, a refund of the deposit can be requested.
- In case of cancellation between 20 and 15 days before the arrival date, you can request a Holiday Voucher that can be used for the current season, subject to prior agreement with the Management.
- In case of cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival or in case of no-show at the hotel, the entire amount of the deposit paid will be retained.
